The main floor offers a spacious living room with a Smart TV and an updated, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Downstairs, the basement rec room includes a desk for remote work, a half bath, and extra space to unwind. A washer and dryer are available for use as well. You’ll have garage parking for one car and room for 2 to 3 additional vehicles off-street. No commercial parking permitted. Conveniently located near local dining and shopping and just a short drive to downtown Cleveland, this home is the ideal base for exploring the area. The property has decibel readers that track noise levels outside, with a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon receipt submission.
