Step outside to a small deck with a bistro set, or head to the basement for a friendly ping pong match. With a half bath and laundry on-site, this home is designed for both relaxation and convenience. The fully updated interior features modern finishes paired with historic Lakewood charm. Entertainment spaces include an N64 console in the living room and a ping pong table in the basement. Outdoor living is enhanced by a small deck with seating for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable.
