We have a large beautiful patio area wrapped around a fountain for peaceful enjoyment. Lake Shore Towers has an on-site laundry facility, garage parking and is also a limited access building. Property managers and 24 hour maintenance are on site for quick responses. The building has 181 units, with 169 being for HUD Elderly/senior living in which you must be 55 or older to apply, anyone 62 years old and up get first preference.
