Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and a $500 fine is imposed for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean.
